Happy New Year everyone! The holidays where great for me. After so long away I finally got to spend some time with my son and we had a blast.

This year is promising to be very busy already. This week I start my first real programming class using Java, so wish me luck as I am pretty nervous.

I am actually pretty happy with this particular page. I think the background on the bottom panel may be a little too darkā€¦but hey at least there is a background right haha. I do need to get going on Rogue Programming...the holidays have been distracting me and I need to catch back up.

I would argue it is like Traumatic Brain Injury. You are you, but you are not the same you, a new, different you that hopefully isn't too impaired.

This case is quite controversial. Necro revival is often described as not human. Cases like no emotions or intensifying of dark emotions so much that it endangeres necromances are often heard of. Loss of knowledge is also hear of. I would say they say it is cuz brain is damaged very quickly without oxygen. The better necromancer the higher level of rev. It is said that the ultimate necro rev is full revival body mind memories knowledge emotions.
Though each case of that is just legendary. So why not holy revival? It is supposed to be the best of everything.
Well yes but.... To my knowlege there are many problems. First dead soul must want to come back. Also there gotta be very short time from sudden death to revival. At best few minutes. See there gotta be at least a spark of life in body so it can be revived. I am afraid body being still warm is not enough. Worse still revival is quite high level technique and only more talented users can use it. As opposed to necromancy which even novice can raise zombies. To sum it up if you did not have high level clerk around when shit happened you gotta use necromancy to take back at least part of what you lost.

I'm going to be really honest with you. I loved this post. It kinda makes all the effort worthwhile for me to have someone take the time to post such a detailed theory. You actually caused me to really think about his condition.

Here is my take on his condition...

Upon death his soul traveled away from his now dead body. His sister, using necromancy was able to pull his soul back into his body. But the process is very traumatic, both for the soul and the reanimated body. His loss of sensation and emotion is a result of this trauma.

There are a lot of variable, which you illustrated very well. And I can't go much further in explanation without giving away some spoilers. I will say that the nature of his zombieness (I just made a word) is a pivotal point of the story moving forward.

When coming back from the dead to the world of the living, I guess one takes what is given. The cadaver being choosy seems like a bad option.

Not usually a fan of captions, but I am loving hearing his backstory from his perspective.
